Civil Parish are a worship band from Orlando, FL who formed in 2010. This live album is available for free download from Noisetrade, and is a great addition to any collection of worship songs. This track is a cover of the hymn ‘How Deep The Father’s Love For Us’ which Civil Parish do a great job of making it sound modern and fresh with a nice acoustic introduction, slowly building up to the final verse for a ‘shout-along’ finish! A beautiful rendition of one of my favourite hymns and the rest of the album is just as satisfying.
